After the courier service has delivered the package to you, please check the product and if there is any visible damage (torn parts or creases) or the product does not comply with your order, please do not request by phone on one of the numbers: 02 3175 595 or 070367 727 08:30-16:30., or send us an email with your details (name, surname and phone number) at the address info@zdravzivot.mk stating the reasons for which you want to exchange/return the package. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at the latest. Our operators will inform you about the further procedure as soon as possible.
You can exchange or return the product in agreement with our online sales coordinators.
You send the product that is exchanged or returned to us by express mail, at your own expense. After receiving the product, we check whether the product is damaged, and then we send you a suitable replacement or refund the amount for which the claim will be approved.
The entire procedure for product exchange or refund can take up to 15 working days.
