Delivery conditions

Delivery is made only on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Delivery deadline
Delivery time is up to 5 working days. During seasonal sales and discounts, delivery may take longer than usual.

Collection of shipments
The courier delivers the package to the specified address of the buyer in the period from 09:00 to 16:00. Please, at the time of delivery, provide a person who will be present to pick up the order at the address you have attached. If the courier fails to find you at the address, then they will contact you again by phone at the number you left when creating the order and you will be able to agree on a new delivery date. If even during the second attempt the courier fails to find you, then the parcel will be returned to us.

Shipping cost
The price for delivery of products over MKD 5,700 is free.
The price for delivery of products under 5,700 denars is 360 denars.
