Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. Each visit to our site, as well as each purchase, means that you have read these terms and agree to them in full. If they are unacceptable to you, please do not use this application.

STORK IMPEX has the copyright of all content (textual, visual and audio materials, databases and programming code) or is used with the written permission of the copyright holder and the holder of trademark and / or design rights. Any copying, distribution, transmission, posting, linking, deep linking, or otherwise modifying this website without the express written consent of STORK IMPEK is strictly prohibited. Violation of the general conditions of use may lead to the initiation of civil proceedings and/or prosecution against the perpetrators for infringement of copyright, trademark and rights or the rights of any other form of intellectual property.
STORK IMPEX administers this site from its offices in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. We do not guarantee that the materials and services on this site are appropriate or available for use outside the Republic of Macedonia, and access from an area where their content is illegal is prohibited.     2. Materials forwarded by the user (comments and other content)
The personal data you submit to the site www.zdravzivot.mk  in order to purchase products will be treated in accordance with privacy protection laws. Sending or transmitting to or from this site any illegal or offensive material is prohibited.

All materials, information and other communications that you transmit or send to this site will not be considered confidential and will be used for marketing and commercial purposes. Of course, this group does not include your personal data. In accordance with our privacy policy, we only use them for internal use. We do not disclose or forward them to third parties, but only use them to process your orders.

   3. Links to other websites
The links (links) on this site to the sites of independent producers are placed solely to facilitate your work. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to this site, you do so at your own risk.

   4. User blog
STORK IMPEX reserves the right to remove messages that contain material that we deem to be obscene, defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable.

All information related to the transaction of the buyer - the Stork Impex online store, is considered a business secret and is treated in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Macedonia.

Selection of products                                  
On the home page there is a main menu where you can choose to view the products by brand category or by product type category by selecting the categories a drop-down menu opens with a list of all products available in the online store.

Selecting one of the categories will open a page with available products. On the left side of the page there are filters for filtering products according to: brand, color, type of product, type, size and price. By selecting the CHECKBOX field next to a specific filter, you enable or disable the corresponding filter. If you have found the products that interest you, you can see additional information about the specific product by clicking on the image. If you do not know which category the product you are interested in belongs to, you can use the search box located at the top of each page. In the field you can enter the product code, brand name, purpose, etc.

When viewing the products that are available for purchase, you will notice a "MORE" box under the product. When you press that box you will be able to see the product from several angles, see its composition and choose the desired color and size. By pressing the "ADD TO CART" field, you will be notified that the product is in your cart. It is possible to add the same product to the basket more than once.

Cart Contents
It is possible to view all the products you want to buy at any time. With a simple click on the shopping cart icon, in the upper right part of the web page, you open a page showing all the products selected for purchase. You can easily delete products from the basket or increase their number.

Ordering products from the basket
When you are ready to make a purchase, you only need to click on the "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" button on the page where the basket is located to make the payment. You will be asked to register or log in to your account. When you are ready to make a purchase, you need to select a delivery address and payment method. Then the page for completing the purchase will open. If you have changed your mind about the purchase and want to change something, you can simply click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" field. Returning the payment section is done by clicking on the cart icon.

Note - if the total amount of products in the basket is below 5,700 denars, the delivery is at the buyer's expense and costs 360.00 denars from a shipment in or out of Skopje.

Payment
Payment is made in cash at the time the shipment is delivered to you.

Delivery
Delivery time is up to 5 working days.
The courier delivers the package to the delivery address between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please provide a person at the appropriate address to receive the shipment during that period. Before the delivery is made, it is common practice for the courier to call you on the phone number you entered when creating the order in order to confirm the delivery date. If the courier does not find you at the given address, he is obliged to look for you again. If he does not find you at the agreed address in the second delivery attempt, he will return the shipment to us. After receiving the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reasons for the non-delivery and arrange a redelivery.

COMPLAINTS
After the courier service has delivered the package to you, please check the product and if it has any visible damage (torn parts or dents) or the product does not comply with your order, please do not ask us by phone at 02/3175595 or send us an email with your data (name, surname and phone) to the address info@zdravzivot.mk and state the reasons for which you want to exchange/return the package. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at the latest. Our operators will inform you about the further procedure as soon as possible.

You can exchange the product in agreement with our online sales coordinators.

You send the replacement product to us via express mail, at your own expense. After receiving the product, we check whether the product is damaged and then send you a suitable replacement

DATA PRIVACY PROTECTION
In order to successfully process orders, we need the orderer's first and last name, home address, email address and phone number. With the help of the mentioned data, we can deliver the desired products, as well as inform the buyers about the current status of the order.

On behalf of the STORK IMPEX company, we undertake to protect the privacy of our Buyers. We collect only the necessary basic data for buyers (users) and data necessary for work and informing users in accordance with business practices in order to provide quality service.

We give buyers the opportunity to choose, including the opportunity to decide whether or not they want to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

All customer/user data is strictly stored and available only to managers from the IT Department, who need it to fulfill their regular work activities. Managers from the IT department for technical support in the STORK IMPEX group are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

The data you enter during payment or purchase from your payment card are not saved or transmitted through our servers. Transactions are processed through the payment processing system of the bank with which we cooperate, Tutunska banka, which is certified for processing transactions. At the moment when you make the payment and enter the data, it is processed through the security protocol of the bank using it and the data from your payment card is not visible to us.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Products are replaced only under the conditions prescribed in the Consumer Protection Law.

In the event of a return of goods or a refund to a buyer who previously paid with a payment card, and regardless of the reason for the return, STORK IMPEX is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro, which means that at the seller's request, the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account.
